We want you to love your purchase! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase,
we're here to help! You can return it for a full refund or exchange for something else.

Exchanges

Standard shipping is FREE for exchanged items to delivery addresses within the United States. If you want your new item(s) immediately as we can get, please let us know at shop@carolcoelho.com

Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

We only accept new, unworn merchandise with original tags, in the same condition that you received it.

Return Instructions:

1) Contact us at shop@carolcoelho.com with your original order number         

2) Pack the return item(s) back in the original packaging and include your original receipt

3) Stick the return label that will be emailed to you on the box, making sure to cover all other shipping labels

4) Drop it off at your closest Post Office

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it notify you by email that your returned item has been received. Once your return is approved, we will credit the amount back to your bank account, PayPal account or credit card.
